Our Philosophy
We believe that each child is an individual and as educators we value and develop each child's strengths, interests, skills, abilities and knowledge to extend their learning and prepare them for school. We provide opportunities for children to explore, discover, create and imagine, believing that children learn best through play. We celebrate the benefits of diversity with each individual child and enable them to understand and acknowledge differences, creating an awareness, interest and acceptance of different cultures.

Brittany Gross
With 4 years of experience working as a child care provider, Brittany has over 250 hours of CBT in Early Childhood Education. This includes Health, Safety & Nutrition, Human Growth Development, Diversity, Family & Community Systems, Learning Environments & Curriculum, Observation & Assessment, Understanding & Guiding Behavior and more!
Brittany is committed to providing a safe, consistent, structured environment, with a focus on social emotional development, play based learning and kindergarten readiness.
Licensed through the state of Oregon, Brittany has her Central Background Registry, CPR & First Aid Certified, Food Handlers Card and must maintain 15 hours of Training each year.

Allen Gross
Allen has his Central Background Registry, CPR & First Aid Certified, Food Handlers Card, must maintain 15 hours of Training each year and has completed all required training by the state of Oregon.

Victoria has her Central Background Registry, CPR & First Aid Certified, Food Handlers Card and has completed all required training by the state of Oregon.
Our family includes two very beautiful Purebred German Shepherds and two kitty cats! They all love the children and look out for our whole family!

A unique feature of our program is seasonal photo shoots. We do about 5 different themed photo shoots each year. Our themes each year include Valentine’s Day, Spring/Easter, “School Pictures”/About Me Boards, Fall, and Winter/Christmas. The photo shoots themselves come at no additional cost to the families and if desired, digital or physical copies are offered at a highly discounted price.
All photo shoots are done by the provider herself and all funds collected from picture purchases go toward new or replacement toys, STEAM activities, and more.
Seasonal Class Photo Shoots
On occasion we invite all enrolled families to join us for a fun weekend activity or event. Of course participation is optional, but we always welcome everyone to come if they are able. The children love interacting with their friends outside of school and the parents love seeing their children interacting with their peers.
One of our favorite Family Engagements is our annual trip to the pumpkin patch!
Parents are responsible for their children and all costs, if any, involved in the activity unless otherwise noted on the invitations.
